Creating new Wireless Adapter for multi networks
Probably you can make use of alternate configuration on wireless adapter as shown in this IP configuration article in order to get rid of frequent manual IP address change task.

It's a fairly simple question but that I'm a bit stuck on. To use the network at work there is currently no server so to make sure the print server/router/internet is accessible I need to change the TCP/IP settings to use specific IP/DNS. Problem is when I go home I have to change it back and the cycle continues. I can't add a new network connection and simply have two for some reason. Can I add a new wireless adapter manually in some way or split the settings into two connections so I don't have to do this?
