Hello there, I talked to a tech. person at TurboFLOORPLAN and he told me what to do. After installing , click on start menu in bottom left corner. type ( downloads ) in the search box , Hit search , Find your program , right click it and move mouse over ( Send To ) when menu pops up to the right send it to your ( DVD RW Drive ). The computer will tell you what to do from there. Thats what I did, then I removed the program from my computer ( The company I purchased the program from allowes me to download the program as many times as I want for my use for 30 days, So I was not afraid to test the DVD ) It worked compleatly. I am not very good with computers so I tryed to include enough instructions to walk someone like myself through the steps. If you want to test the DVD you have already made for the older program you can run it and see if it installs and just don't activate it. You can find it the same way you make your backup. There will be two of that program in your download file. Deleat the one that when you hold your mouse over it gives you the install date that you tested your DVD. I hope nobody steals your laptop.terrystephens

Plus Make your backup right away so that there is no time for the program to become damaged. If the program is acting up your backup will reinstall with same problems.terrystephens

H Hi Terry, I saw that you visited my post regarding backup of a single program. The advice from Trek work fine and was easy to follow, my Corel PaintShop Pro is showing on the backup disc but have not had to try it to see if it works. I am in the proces.s of buying the latest version from Corel as a download so still have the same concerns as you. Must we make a full backup of the hard drive every time we install a new program? Looking forward to seeing what responses you get. Regards, Toni

Thanks Terry, I'll do what you have been recommended plus manually create a restore point after installing. Regards, Toni.
