My windows is windows 7 64bit pro When i create a folder, anywhere c:\ drive d:\drive network drive. It's response very slow. Anyone see it before? How can i check what happen is it? I don't want to always reboot computer again...... Thanks.john

Hi, You may temporarily uninstall Antivirus program to check the issue. You need to make sure that you have the installation file to reinstall it later. If the issue reoccurs, I suggest you test the issue in Safe Mode and Clean Boot to narrow down the possible causes. Good luck! Arthur Li - MSFT
