My mother bought an Asus Tablet (windows 8.1 64 bit) and upon start-up created a password. She's 82 yrs old and doesn't remember her password. The start screen directs me to insert the password reset disc (there is no disc drive). Can I use a USB port? Where do I get the proper software to do this?
