Create a LYNC meeting not tied to a user / presenter
We want to setup Lync meetings for training that are not associated with a specific user.  For example, if we want to setup a recurring for New Hires every 2 weeks, but we do not want the meeting to be associated with a specific user (because that user might leave the company) how would we do that?  Currently the URL for our Lync meetings are associated with the user that created the Lync Meeting.  If that user leaves the company, the Lync meeting is no longer valid and our training links have to be changed.

I dont think that's possible as the meeting needs a presenter\host. I would create a training user just for this purpose.

Hi,

For Lync meeting, you must define a organizer to host the meeting.

The workaround is: if all attendees are authenticated Lync users, you can create a private Lync meeting (choose everyone not wait in lobby, and everyone as the presenter).
