Crashing Problem

I have this problem where my computer crashes usually everyday.

  We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Hi,

The dump file Zig mentioned is required for us to analyze your crash issue.

In addition, since the crash can be caused by incompatible driver or applications, please also test your issue in Clean boot mode and Safe mode.

Also, if the issue happened after some recent changes including updates, the corrupted system files can also be the cause, try system restore to fix your issue.

To narrow down the cause, please check if there is any hard disk error, please run Disk checker in cmd as admin:

chkdsk /f /r

For further troubleshooting, please post back your dump file.
