My laptop crashes once per day and I have to remove the battery and do a hard reset. Can anyone help me? this is the error I'm getting: The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device SWD\SensorsAndLocationEnum\LPSensorSWDevice.

That driver is not the cause of the crash.  Can we get your event viewer logs
