Craig's List unauthorized contact
I listed a car on Craigs list and received an email inquiring about the car. The e-mail should have gone through craigs list. It came to my personal e-mail. Like a Dummy I did not think and responded to the person at their e-mail. I have filtered any further contact through my e-mail carrier(g-mail)Is there anything I can do to protect my computer if this is malicious?

Unless there was an attachment on the message you received and you opened it or the message contained some fairly fancy HTML code and you have your network zone security settings artificially lowered, there is little to worry about other then denial of service attacks (i.e., they try to overload your mail account with junk or, since they have your PC's IP address, they try to connect to your ports). It's unlikely you've been infected my malware.Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]--------------------------------https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/profile/Brian.TillmanIf a reply helps, please vote it as helpful.
