Could not connect wireless internet
I have windowsxp with service pack 3. I have connected the wireless modem, the modem signal strength is excellant and I entered the network key - but???? I could not connect the wireless, it says ' limited or no connectivity". Any one can help me what can i do. 1 person needs an answerI do too

Are you sure you have the network key/password correct? Can other people successfully connect to that access point? I did apply the right passward and key etc.,. but still not connected.I suspect there could be some bug in service pack 3 -XP - I would really appreciate Microsoft support should clarify

Yes, we have connected the other laptop which has windows7. It works very well no problem in wireless
