Could not connect to the server, the connection was refused
I am on XP home. IE8 Thunderbird and Outlook Express. No matter which Email client I used, connection fails 100% I can login when I put his email on my system. I also noticed that he is restricted under the Internet Options. Some settings are managed by your system administrator. It appears to be going on for a while as he has 3284 messages on the server. I need some help here. Thanks1 person needs an answerI do too

What kind of account is this? POP3? IMAP? Hotmail? I think the user used one of those registry cleaners and now its all locked up. Its a pop3 account and I can login on my machine (same network) but his machine cannot no matter what the client I use.
