VISTA RM Ultimate Edition Copying large files > 600MB Dell Laptop I have a dell laptop that cannot copy large files from my home network. When I am at work I can copy large files fine. It takes about 2 minutes to open the network share at home and then when i choose copy it takes about another minute to finally release windows explorer. I start to copy and then it will time out and says "the specified network name is no longer available". I try it again and it says the same thing. However i can push large files to the server i am trying to connect to. In Windows XP everything works fine so this has something to do with Vista. I would say it is a driver problem but it works fine at work. Thanks in advance Jay Burkey

Found a solution: I tried copying using the unc path instead of a mapped network drive and it worked. While it is slow it is allowing me to accomplish the job.
