I have been using Lync 2010 for over a year and it has in the past saved all chats on the Conversation History tab automatically.  But recently it stopped doing so.  The last conversation saved was from 12/20/2013.  I have had many many more chats since then and none of them appear on the tab, only in Outlook.  I would like to not have to switch back and forth between Lync and Outlook in order to find and pick a chat back up where it left off.  I have saved conversations going back to October of 2013 on the tab but again nothing recent.  My settings are below and as far as I know, nothing has changed recently.

Did the issue happen only for you or for multiple users?

Please try to disable add-ins about Lync on Outlook and enable it again to test the issue.

1.  You need to verify EWS URL in Exchange server via following Cmdlet:

Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory | fl name,externalurl

2.  If the Exchange Wed Services (EWS) URL was correctly updated on Exchange server, you can troubleshooting with the following link about the issue:
