I cannot open Region in control panel. No matter how i click nothing comes out. Other works fine but only Region does not work. Please help. I used sfc /scannow they tell me got problem but i dunno how to fixed it as it said it cannot be fixed automatically.

I did it. It tells me its repaired but i still cannot open it

Since SFC fail to fix some of the corrupted files, I suggest you upload the CBS.log under C:\Windows\Logs\CBS here for our research.

Also, you can refer to the steps under "For more information" part in this article and repair manually:

its written in the sfcdetails i think they are the same thing that cant be fixed pls help check ty
