Problem: Control Panel is blank
On: Wins 8.1 Desktop
When I try to access my control panel, the control panel opens but with nothing on it. I try right clicking on my screen and opening Screen Resolution and Personalize but the problem persists with both of them. It pops up with the tab but with a white blank screen in the tab. It'll sometimes say "The page failed to load.". In short, whenever I try to open my control panel, it'll have the context at the top like Back and Forward, the search and others, but wont show the actual things I want to access or change below it.
