When trying to open the Control Panel categories, a box appears asking me what program I want to use to open them with. When trying to open a program, the same thing happens. However, the programs allow me to right click on the program and click on the "Start" to get it to open. I can't do that with the Control Panel categories. I recently updated to Service Pack 3. Is this an issue with this update? How do I resolve this issue?1 person needs an answerI do too
