Hi, We are trying to implement contact service on a device for compatibility with DS7. We are facing some issues while trying to transfer “Abstract contacts ” from windows 7 to our device. We are using full enum sync for synchronization. On trying to sync Contacts, device stage 7 reports an Sync failed error. On looking into the even viewer log, we noticed the sync error with id -21424373. also, We notice that SetServicePropList followed be GetServicePropList are the last service related commands. general sequence is as follows. -->getservicepropdesc(for contact service) -->getserviceproplist -->setserviceproplist(sets fullenum sync replica id) -->getserviceproplist(updated set) We believe the next contacts related commands must be GetObjectHandles & GetObjectPropList (for contacts). Is our understanding correct? What is the reason for these commands to not come? Are there any sync properties related changes that needs to be done?
