Hi yacn, Can you verify that the service is set for automatic startup? To do this type services.msc > Double Click on the Wireless Zero service > On Startup type select Automatic. Hope this helps!Shawn - Support Engineer - MCP, MCDST Microsoft Answers Support Engineer Visit our Microsoft Answers Feedback Forum and let us know what you think

I have the same problem and have verified that the service is set for automatic, and still I have to go through the process everytime I startup my laptop. Is there any way fix this problem permanently.
