Try the following by right clicking my computer>properties>advanced system setting>start up and recovery, uncheck automatically restart under system failure reboot and see is there any error being prompt, alternatively check the logs under adminstrative tools>event viewer

Now machine boots up and appears OK for about a minute. Then it reboots. If you don't have enough time to do anything before reboot, press the F8 key as it is rebooting which should bring up boot options menu where you can select: Boot from last known good which hopefully will stop reboot. Then you can do as Daniel said because if updates do same again, you'll be in same place as now.

Besides "Last known good", you can also try boot into Safe Mode and see if the issue occurs.Sean Zhu - MSFT

First, please disconnect all the unnecessary devices to check the issue again. In this situation, your system will only have the basic hardware devices and it should be more stable. If the reboots issue persists, please check the issue in Safe Mode. If you can boot into Safe Mode, you can get the issue resolved by performing a System Restore in this mode. If Safe Mode failed as well, please restart the computer and start pressing the F8 key on the keyboard again. Then you can see the Advanced boot options menu. Can you see an option Repair your computer? If so, please repair the system as instructions. If not, you need to boot from the Win7 disk to perform a Startup Repair. How to Perform a Startup Repair in Windows 7I see that your Win7 disk does not have boot capability, please clarify it. Is the disk broken? Can you boot the system via other CD\DVD? Good luck!
