My machine has Windows 7. When I connect via remote web workplace to a machine running Windows XP, only a small portion of my screen is usable. How do I fix this?

Hi, Is there any error message when accessing the Windows XP machine via Remote Desktop? To troubleshoot the issue, please perform the following steps. 1. Refer to the following article to configure Remote Desktop. Remote Desktop Connection 2. Temporarily turn off firewall on each machine for a test.
