Configure Ports for Remote Assistance in WiN 7
Hello We are trying to configure remote assistance in our domain environment. Please let us know which ports this communication use so that we can allow those ports through our network firewall internally and from open interent.. When we check the logs this tool is using dynamic ports which are always above 50000. Please advice.

Thanks for your reply. But that is already checked. My question is that remote assistance is getting blocked by our network firewall and when we cheked the logs it is always trying to connect with dynamic ports and the port numbers are always more than 50000. Is there any way to find out which ports we have to open on our network firewall to allow remote assistance. or Is there is any way to configure remote assistance to communicate on some definate ports.
