Is there any SBA (SBA n gateway in single box) which supports conference MCU component.

Without MCU on SBA i think cost is not justifed. If audio traffic has to travell over GMPLS link to parent pool then cost of MPLS link will be costly. Money spent on an GMPLS link cost is costlier than a traditional PBX setup.

if we have MCU on SBA we can save cost and only then this solution makes sense w.r.t PSTN integration

Pls let me know if there any idea to localize Lync conference traffic. I dont want to put another Lync pool in branch office.

I wish I had a better answer but, unfortunately I don't. You want to have at least a Standard edition server to have conferencing services localize on a pool. It's not up to the hardware provider to support it. It's just when you configure the topology as a Branch site, it strips the services and only publish Mediation, Registrar, Replication and Backup.
