I can't turn off my computer by going to "Start," then "Turn Off Computer." The "Turn Off" option always and only restarts. The "Stand By" button is faded--I can't click on it. As the computer is "shutting down" to restart, an "End Program--f14" box pops up before the computer actually restarts. I can shut off the computer by pressing in and holding the power button.1 person got this answerI do too
