Computer will not shut down/restart from Windows XP
I used restore the other day, after restore I was unable to use the shut down or restart of windows XP. The computer would start shutting down but when it came to closing the background, it would just freeze up and not continue the shut down. Apparently I lost a part of the shutdown program during the restore and had since reset my restore. Is there anyway to correct this problem, a downlod from microsoft or something. I am not very knowledgable in computers but I am also very mechanically inclined. I am homeless and do not have much money for a tech. Can anyone help me out there. e-mail me atEmail removed for privacy1 person needs an answerI do too
