Computer starts fine... After logging in nothing loads

Alright, So i woke up this morning to get on the computer. After login it it took a second to load (longer than usual) and after loading. I got a black screen. I tried to move my mouse to the start corner nothing happened. I dont have a task bar, i dont have a desktop nor a start screen. I managed to open task manager (cnt-alt dlt) so i opened control panel from there (clicked users right clicked manager users  etc.) I tried doing a system restore but it failed with an error. Every time i try to create a new user account i get the error "Class not registered" (title is Explorer.exe)

Please help....

Also i went to PC info to post them here but on the RAM is says not available, same for the processor...

Does it loads in safe mode ?

Can you try loding the system in Last Known Good Configuration ?

Hi,

How is the current situation? Have you tried Last Known Good Configuration?

If it didn't resolve the issue, please follow this blog to fix its boot file:

Windows 8.1 upgrade reboots to black screen of 'nothingness'.
