Computer not shutting down
Stays in "shutting down" mode indefinitely. Have to manually shut down with the computer.1 person needs an answerI do too

Sometimes it helps to run CHKDSK C: /F in a command prompt. It will ask if you want to run it the next boot. Say yes and reboot the machine.Perhaps it's a corrupted profile.
