· Hi Jackie, is it work well before? Try to download the newest wireless driver from HP: · http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=2093&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&sw_lang=&product=1842155#N3072 Update the wireless driver or reinstall it: 1 right click “Computer”------Manage-----System Tools-----Device Manager-----Network adapters 2 right click the wireless card-----update Driver software------Browse my computer for driver software-----choose the driver you have download Please be sure the hardware is enable, then try again if it works. If it still cannot work, may be the driver is not compatible with Windows 7, you would better ask HP for further help: http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/contact_us.html Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
