Computer freezes when I want to open Control Panel or My Computer. Other problems,perhaps related.
When I want to update a program, I get a message that my Installer is not correctly installed. I do not have connection with my HP printer. When tried to reinstall from the disk,I got a message at step 3 of the installation that The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. Hopefully, there is an easy fix for that.1 person needs an answerI do too
