Computer freezes or does not shutdown right
My computer for the past month has not properly shutdown and gets stuck at: Windows is shutting down... Now recently it freezes up to where i have to manually shut it down, especially while im playing a game. I have tried AVG PC Tuneup which worked wonders on my laptop but hasnt fixed my problem on my regular computer. I have also tried UPHClean. I would prefer to use a program off of the microsoft webpage to fix this issue because most other programs i use just make the problem worst.I am running Windows XP Home Basic 32-bit (SP3) with Intel Celeron 3GHz, 2GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 6200 200MB, and two hard disc drives: 80G(C:) which contains my OS and a 300GB (D:) which contains most of my programs and video games.Thank you for any and all of your answers.P.S. My laptop has the only internet access, my computer that is experiencing the problem is not connected to the internet so all the stuff i download goes onto a 2GB flash drive that i switch between both my computer and laptop.1 person got this answerI do too
