There are no error messages, it just freeze ,I have tryed spybot, bothunter. bitdefender is the only one that showed me the issue. bit says infected with C:\documents and setting\helpassitant\localsettings\temporayinternetfiile exploit.pdf-js.gen also exploit.pdf-payload this on there twice. I do not know what I am doing. I need help1 person needs an answerI do too

If Bitfender locates the infection it should provide you with the option to remove it. If, for whatever reason, it's not giving you the option to remove it, download, update and choose a quick scan with Malwarebytes. Link below.
