There are 2 user accounts, both as administrator and password protected. Guest account is off. Can log on and off, but if computer is restarted it automatically loads settings for a particular account. It doesn't seem to matter if I use the welcome screen or not. There is a wireless hub being used for internet, which is shared. Don't know if this is part of the problem.1 person needs an answerI do too
