Computer appears to be connected to the internet but can't access web pages
It says its connected to the internet, and it can download automatic updates but when I open internet explorer or mozilla neither browser can access a web page.The problem doesn't change if it connected to a hard line or wireless.The computer is a Latitude D620 using windows xp if that helps.1 person needs an answerI do too
