I think i may have more than one antivirus install on my computer. how can i tell? If anyone else has had this problem, what was it? Was it the antivirus? I'm really not sure what it is. I just got this computer last week and it already has all kinds of issues. 1 person needs an answerI do too

You should only have one antivirus installed on your computer. You can tell by looking at what is installed in your computer. Start with examining the Programs menu. No one can answer your question definitively with the information you've provided. Of course lots of machines have locked up. The most common reason for this is virus/malware infection but there can be a multitude of other reasons too.
