Even with power established to device,computer will not come on and sounds a series of loud beeps(similar to truck backing-up).It's a Dell inspiron w/ Windows 7....PLEASE HELP.....Thanks!!!

Hi Wendy, In Dell very good options for recognised the which type of problem. when you Switch ON the PC check solid light showing on front side 1 & 2 or different check it and you can recognized what type of problem.
