we are using exchange 2010 and communicator 2007.ONe of my user communicator status was not updating according his calendar like appointment/Meeting.

When am digging into i fot some clue from his communicator. That communicator could not retrive calendat or out of office information from exchange web services.Communicator will automatically continue to retry. if this problem persists, contact your system administrator.

Please anyone suggest me.

looks like the exchange EWS is not reachable for the client.

Check with press strg and right click on the ocs icon on the taskbar to open the configuration information.

Check also that the ews is reachable through the IE.

Please double check if the EWS works from OCS client side.

Please check the OCS client policy, make sure the parameter "WebServicePollInterval" set to the normal value, the normal value is 30.

Please verify Personal Information Manager Settings on OCS client side.
