Communicator 2007 R2 will not allow us to 'Save As E-Mail' for converstations that are left open from the previous day.  The auto save feature will automatically save the conversation after about 10 minutes.  But the users are unable to manually select File > 'Save As E-Mail' on the following day and generate an e-mail that is saved to the 'Conversation History' folder.  After clicking on File > 'Save As E-Mail' nothing happens.  We are using Office 2010 SP2.

Did this issue happen with other users?

Update Office Communicator 2007 R2 to the latest version.
