How about your problem now? For this problem, firstly, it would be better to use following command fix system components for test:

Open CMD with admin, type sfc /scannow, Press Enter.

If CMD is not available, using PowerShell instead.

On the other hand, you can also make system repair by accessing Advanced Mode.
