Clipboard sluggish with Outlook 2003 open. Takes 2-3 paste attempts before clipboard will paste anything. Problem disappears when Outlook is closed. Other office programs (for instance Excel) can be left open and do not seem to affect the clipboard performance. Have turned the Office Clipboard off as far as I can tell.Clearly, I can fix the problem by simply not running Outlook.
