I tried to use the steps to uninstall CSNW, but it didn't appear in the properties windows. The only place I can find it is in the Control Panel, but I can't delete it from there. I've tried dragging it to the desk top, but that doesn't work. I want to get rid of it so I can use the Welcome Screen. It doesn't appear to be doing anything else, but keeping the Welcome Screen from working.Any help will be appreciatedrgma_81 person got this answerI do too

I want to tell you how much I appreciate your advice on getting rid of CSNW. It worked. I had tried to do it before, but since I couldn't see it in the properties window, I didn't know what else to do. I did get rid of CSNW, which is great and I got the welcome screen to come back, but I was wanting my name with the little picture next to it to appear on the welcome screen also, but it doesn't appear. I tried to change some things in the user accounts area, but nothing helped. My name and picture appeared on the welcome screen before I got CSNW, so I know it should work. Hi Rgma_8, How exactly does your logon screen looks like?Does it only display the user Name and the password box?
