What numbers are staying the same?Perhaps if you explained what, specifically, you're trying to accomplish we might be able to offer more useful suggestions? -B- http://www.officeforlawyers.com | http://www.onenote-tips.com Author: The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook

the dns numbers.....i have to repair my connection every once in a while to get it to keep up with my crappy computer.....are the dns numbers supposed to change? and afterwards when i try to repair it still stops at the same step

By DNS numbers do you mean the addresses of the DNS Servers? No, those aren't supposed to change. Flushing the cache simply clears out the cached lookups. The server addresses you have will likely not change unless whomever administers your network decides to change them. When you say "keep up with your crappy computer" do you mean it gets slow or it stops working? -B- http://www.officeforlawyers.com | http://www.onenote-tips.com Author: The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook
