Hi, I would like to suggest that you check the following steps: 1. Launch Internet Explorer (IE).2. Click Tools, click Delete Browsing History.3. Choose the category of the history you would like to delete and click the Delete button below the category.If you would like to delete all browsing history files, please click on the Delete all button.
