Citrix Presentation Client server problem: SSL Error 61
I am using Windows Vista and have downloaded and installed Citrix Presentation Client, but when I try to launch Word, Excel or Outlook within Citrix I get the message: Cannot connect to Citrix Xen-App server. SSL Error 61: You have chosen not to trust COMODO High Assurance Secure Server CA, the issuer of the servers security certificate.Ive read that Citrix is looking for an SSL rootcertificate to "pair" my machine with the server machine, and thatone can remedy this by downloading and installing an SSL root certificate using Microsoft Certificate Server. Any advice on how I find Microsoft Certificate Server (or whatever Vista uses), and how I use it to download and install the SSL root certificate .crt/.cer file? Thanks very much.

Had the exact same issue, resolution was in this thread: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/itprovistanetworking/thread/ba6cddab-7123-4edb-8ee1-74b15d132bdf Essentially all it requires is downloading and installing the certificate from: https://support.comodo.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=101&nav=0,1,5 (To install just open the .crt/.cer file that is downloaded and follow the prompts to install it into the default location.)
