Citrix Access with 8.1

Are there any known issues with accessing Citrix Access Gateway with Microsoft 8.1? When I try to log in through my web portal the screen won't even allow me to log in. Its a black screen with the web address. I have no issues on any other devices. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

try to use Windows compatibility mode

go to pnamain.exe, properties, Compatibility, Check Run this program in compatibility mode for : Windows 7 then Apply and OK

also try install the latest DNE

or you should installed Citrix version supported to Windows 8.1 here

Please see the process defined here which shows how to change the User Agent Platform version to mirror windows 8. The good news is that this also works for Windows 10.
