Hi, Before we go further, I would like to confirm the following information with you: 1. Does the issue occur on a specific Windows Vista machine or all VPN client machines? 2. If the issue only occurs on a specific Windows Vista machine, please connect to the VPN server with other user accounts and check the result. 3. Is it a domain environment? 4. Is IAS being used in this environment? Based on my experience, we need to capture network packets (trace logs) on the Cisco VPN server to identify the cause of the issue. Thus, I suggest that you involve Cisco support for troubleshooting. In addition, Ive included a Cisco PIX configuration guide in Cisco website for your reference: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2030/products_configuration_example09186a00800b6099.shtml Note: This response contains a reference to a third party World Wide Web site.
