I downloaded a chinese language pack for my computer accidentally, I quickly uninstalled it and set English(United States) as my main and only language. I removed chinese from the list as well,however a few tiles in the start menu is still in chinese and I can't remedy the problem

Open the Clock, Language, and Region section from the Control Panel.

Open the Language panel.

Click Add a language

Open the English language

Pick whatever English language you prefer and Add it.

Open the Options for your newly added language and add a new input method.

You can now Move up your new configuration and Remove the old one.

Restart.
