Change Lync Meeting Invite Content

I'm looking at how to display certain local numbers without having to click on"Find a local number".

It's currently displaying two numbers so I hope to display 4 numbers instead. May I know how can I change it?

And the conference ID, can I customize it to appear below "Join Lync Meeting"?

Don't believe so. The only supported customizations/configuration options are here:

If you want to display more numbers in the invitation simply add them to the Dial-In conferencing configuration in the Lync Server Control Panel.  Make sure to configure the regions correctly so the proper regional numbers (if applicable) appear for the desired user's meetings.

I agree with the above answers.  I assume when you say "Find a local number" that you'd like other regions to show up in the email invite since you only have 4 total numbers.  This isn't possible, and you can't easily modify the default text for all new meetings.

One workaround is to have all the numbers in one region, and change the display name of each number to be something like xxxxxxx Germany.  The trade off here, is they're now not clickable for dialing in Lync.

Thanks all for your replies.

This has clear my doubts on customizing the Lync meeting content.

However, on displaying more number just like Anthony said, the workaround to have all numbers in one region which I'm going to try.

Earlier, I've tried to associate more than one region that is UK region to the dialin access number but doesn't show the third dial-in number in the list. I'm trying to avoid adding region that has normalization rules already set in that to other regions' dialin number. Will this work?

I'm a little unclear on what you're asking.  The region doesn't have normalization rules, the region is simply a connector to tie a dial plan to a conferencing number.  You can put all of your dial plans into a single region if you'd like, it won't affect the normalization of the dial plan, and users can keep their existing dial plans this way while displaying all four numbers.

Hi Anthony,

Yes thanks, I've assigned it to the same region and the numbers are showing now.

However how can I change the display name of the numbers to show its correct region?

In Control Panel -> Conferencing -> Dial-in Access Number, open up the number and change the Display number to something like XXXXXXXX (Germany).

Again, this will mess up the "clickability" of it but for users with Lync, they'll use the Join link and users without Lync probably still have to manually type it into their phone.
