In login menu look for a icon like [EN] and click on it and change it ot [AR].If you setup Ctrl+Alt+Del , you should press it first.

I have the same problem but the language version I need simply isn't available. I can only choose some versions of Chinese (Windows is in Chinese) but my password is in English. Naturally I have tried all languages available, but none of them work. What to do to be able to choose English in the logon?

Try to boot in safemode and see if other option is avaliable or not to do that restart your PC and press F8 key repeatedly and chose Safemode and boot there. Also if this problem happen recently try to restore your system before this happen.

Thanks. How can I restore without being able to log on? Obviously, I am not so interested in losing all my files.

When you press F8 key then you also have option to restore last known configration, try that.If you have Windows CD then you could insert it and do repair .
