When my wife and I originally set up the Family Security on all our computers, we created a new Hotmail address and used it as our reporting email. We want to change that address to another address (an existing one, not another new one) but Family Safety will not allow us to make the change. We have tried creating and deleting users, and just transferring the filter to the new address, but there does not seem to be a function to do this eitherr within windows or onling in the account details on either the prospective or original email addresses. Is there a procedure to make this change? I have a computer that I use for school that needs to be switched over because right now I can't even use it. The other email ... the prospective one, is the one I already use for my main system at home. How do I tap into this? Thanks, Sean
