Certificate imported but in OAuthTokenIssuer green check mark do not appear?

Hello my Customer have Install his certificate to the Lync 2013 Server certificate console when he import the default certificate it is work with a green checkmark. But when he import OAuthTokenIssuer the check mark do not appear why?

To clarify, it's imported, but have you clicked the Assign button to assign it to the OAuthTokenIssuer?  Do you see it listed when you click the Assign button?

My costumer show the certificate in the assign. The description is good and the certificate is imported with no error. At the end the green hook is not there and the setup do not allow me to go to the next step. But the other certificate is good with the check mark. It is very strange do you have an idea?

Hi,

I suggest to restart FE Server and then re-run Step 2 and then request and assign the OAuthTokenIssuer certificate.

Also, make sure CMS replication update to the latest status.
