Certificate Validation Windows 7
Hi there, this might be a silly question I am not sure... However after installing Windows 7 RC (today) I tried to install my onboard sound from Asus and I get a message with something to do with "Certificate is not Valid, Installation has been stopped". Is there anyway around this within Win7 or is this one of MS's special features? I've searched the web and there is a few programes that by pass this problem however, I would like to know if there is an alternative through Win7. It's rather annoying, and personally think it should get scrapped from the OS. Cheers Johnny Blaze

It is not clear if this is an OS feature; or a feature of your installer. Does it say why the certificate is not valid? Can you view the certificate? Is it expired? Andrew
