Certificate Error: Navigation Blocked
I am running IE9 on two computers. The first one is OK, I am accesing this URL https://connect.umoeikt.no/nd-interne because the certificate on the server has expired, I have to chouse Continue to this website (not recommended). Then I am directed to a page where I am able to logon. Also note that the addressbar is red, and I am able to view the certificate. On the second computer I get this page. Certificate Error: Navigation Blocked The address bar is not red. I chouse Continue to this website (not recommended)., but nothing happens. I have checked date, time, reset IE settings and everything, but still I am not able to get to the logonpage. I have booted to Safe mode with networking, with same problems. MVH Werner

Hi, Thanks for the post. First, I suggest to disable the firewall and anti-virus for a test. Also, the following link for your reference. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954312 Because this is a website certificate issue, I assume this is caused by the operator has not renewed the certificate. You may refer to the following link. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/About-certificate-errors Regards, Juke TechNet Subscriber support in form. I have always got this error in the past but was able to click on "continue to this website" and get through. I tried to click on continue to this website, and it still won't let me do it. It has worked in the past, does not now. In the past, whenever I receive this error I simply click on continue to website anyway and I can have access to this site. Recently, I have been unable to click on continue to website (nothing happens when I do). The address bar is not red. I chose Continue to this website (not recommended), but nothing happens. I can access the website on my secondary laptop, not my primary laptop- so it is able to work. I already saw those answers. Thank you!! Regards WernerMVH Werner

Hi, Have you tried to reinstall the IE 9 or uninstall the IE 9 to try the IE 8? If not, please try it. Because the address bar is not red, so I assume the component of IE may be corrupted. I'm sure the issue here has to do with the site zone and the security levels. I'm trying to track down exactly what setting this is so I can update my group policy to allow us to go through these invalid certificate pages on our local intranet zone. No luck so far...
